I appreciate your November 17th greetings, but I have to wonder about the caption on your picture. "The Fool"? What are you saying here? Can't I make up my own holiday if I feel like it? I did it before Seinfeld, you know.
I like the starcycle!!
You just made that up.
I think she's calling you a -1. I'm not sure what that means, though.
nice - i would have a year full of made up holidays all named after colours LoL seeya hugya *G*
I assure you it is meant with all wonderful lovely goodness your holiday is about! I saw this while walking under a Portland bridge this weekend and thought of You and Homebody because
1. it is cute graffiti and
B. it is Robots
The title is just coincidence, nothing personal I swear! ;-)
So how old is your holiday? What is it called officially? Any traditions we are supposed to do on this holy day?
those were all over under the bridge! There was a lot of really nice graffiti there in Portland
-1 that is what it says above in my messages here on vox sometimes, I have less than one message sometimes.... I wonder if the artist is also a voxer....
OOohhh! That sounds fun! Maybe we should start this holiday! I declare friday Orangey Goodness day! Haha!
My personal holiday has been around since about 1995. It's called November 17th because that's the date that it falls on. (I wasn't terribly clever when I named it.) You can do whatever you feel like to celebrate...except that it should be something fun that you don't usually do. I put together a bed frame and bought a Robyn Hitchcock CD. I never got around to the chili.
then the chili MUST be made today!
We made chili and cornbread on Tuesday night. It was quite tasty...although some of the peppers were too hot.
Sounds Great! Except for the too hot peppers, I am not a fan of spicy. I like bland.

I love this!
The strange thing is that the artist had to climb over the bridge barrier and stand on support beams above the rushing Willamette river below to draw this!
