The colors are so beautiful and the image of the leaves so sharp with that beautiful shadow and then all the background nice and blurred. Great photo. Gives me inspiration to go out when it gets over 50 here.
Ahh I am jealous Lavender. Our fall color show pretty much ended about a week or two ago. We were down to the last lingering sad little leaves hanging on for dear life til a massive wind storm came in this weekend and blew them all down.
Stuff is starting to get muddy colored here now. I am actually looking forward to the snow they are calling for just for a break in color! :D
BTW you have managed to do with your showing the beauty of where you live, what no one else has been able to do in the 3 years since I moved here. The hubby and I were planning to retire to Vermont or Maine, but we're now thinking of the north west coast!
I have to say, I have really enjoyed living here. There is beauty every season. Not too hot, not too cold. There is always green because of the evergreen trees, the autumn is beautiful, the spring is amazing. Both winter and fall are mild. You should should take a vacation here in each season just to see if you like it. Some people hate living where it is grey for three seasons. I assure you that this sun we are having is a very rare thing.
